ABOUT THE MAGNETS:
1) How big are the magnets?
Our magnets vary in size and shape. They are between 0.5mm and 1mm thick, flexible and durable. They stick to surfaces, like a fridge door, for many years but are not designed to hold up extra pieces of paper. Our magnets are printed on durable high-resolution paper which doesn’t fade or peel.
2) How long does it take to get the magnets?
It takes 3-5 working days after full payment and final approval to manufacture the magnets, subject to the complexity of the design. Add to this 1-2 days for delivery within Malaysia and 10-14 working days for international orders.
3) Are the magnets assembled?
Yes. Our magnets ARE assembled and ready to stick to a magnetic surface.
4) Can you customize a design?
Yes, we can. Apart from using our existing templates, you are welcome to provide us with your own design idea and we’ll magnetize it.
5) Can I get a sample?
Yes. You can order an existing sample through our email address. Although the sample itself is free, you have to pay for the postage cost. If you request a specific mock-up, a small fee will be charged (plus the postage cost).
6) How much are the magnets?
It varies depending on the design and quantity. There will be an additional charge for last minute jobs.
7) Is extra postage required to mail the magnets?
Yes. All prices provided in the website for each products are EXCLUDING delivery charges. The total amount will be provided to you via the company invoice.
8 ) Will the magnets appear exactly as shown?
This site is designed to display our magnets as accurately as possible but due to wide variations in monitor settings we cannot guarantee they will look exactly the same. All magnets come automatically with a free proof via e-mail to ensure that your magnet will look the way you intended. All orders are billed in full on the day the order is submitted, but we won’t print your order until you send us an email approval of the proof.
ORDERING:
9) How do I order?
For all orders made via our KFMO (Kedai Fridge Magnet Online) on Facebook & Website. Simply click on the KFMO link and choose the magnet design that you like. You will also be prompted to select the quantity of magnets you need, to provide a shipping address and finally to make payment via online banking, cash transfer or PayPal. Whereas for all customized items, please email us at mymagneticmenu@gmail.com for further details.
10) How does the order process work?
* Select the style you’ve chosen from the website and highlight the appropriate product options (quantity, price, batch, etc.). For customized designs, just email us the pictures and text you want and include instructions for the new design. A sketch or rough design will do.
* Press the button that says, “Buy” and add the item to your on-line shopping cart.
* Review the information in the cart and press the “Checkout” button once you have confirmed the accuracy of the order.
* Fill in your billing and shipping details.
After that, our designers will put together your design and follow the proof instructions you selected. All orders will receive their proof according to the time line chosen. The proof will be e-mailed with instructions. All local orders are couriered via Pos Laju/E-Daftar and all International Orders are shipped via registered post. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent when the order has been packaged.
11) Will I get a proof?
All of our magnet designs come automatically with an e-mail proof free of charge.
12) How long do proofs take?
Depending on urgency and difficulty of the job, 2-4 business days. You may request to expedite your proof for an additional fee.
13) How do I get you my photo?
You may include your photo and send it via regular mail to our office address (click ‘Contact Us’). The photo will be returned with your order. If you email it, please send to mymagneticmenu@gmail.com and attach the photo accordingly.
14) Can I see a proof before I place my order?
No, you must place your order via our website, approve the invoice before our designers start designing your item.
15) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order if you do so BEFORE you approve your design. Orders that are cancelled for any reason after we have received an approval to print will be charged a small rejection fee.
SHIPPING INFO:
16) How can I ensure my package is delivered?
All domestic packages are sent via Pos Laju or Pos E-Daftar. You will need to provide an accurate delivery address during the order process and you will receive a confirmation email after you have placed the order that will confirm the information you provided. Please review this information thoroughly. Once your order is packaged for shipment, we will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number. You will then be able to view the progress of your shipment at www.pos.com.my
17) Can I check on the status of my order?
You should receive an email with tracking information, but if your order has not been received within 3 weeks, send an email to: mymagneticmenu@gmail.com. Provide the name of the person who submitted, the sale number or order ID number and we will respond as soon as possible.
OTHER INFORMATION:
18) What happens if my order is printed incorrectly?
If you receive your order and something has been printed incorrectly, review your proof to ensure that the mistake was made by our staff. If we review the information and determine that the mistake was made by our office we will immediately issue a reprint at no cost to you. We are typically able to print orders in 1-2 business days, but your shipping type will remain the same as the original order. Re-prints are not issued for orders that were approved with incorrect information.
19) Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Due to the customized nature of our magnets we do not offer a money back guarantee. We will immediately replace any order that was printed incorrectly by our staff. We will also replace any magnets that sustained damage during shipping. Also, please note that we will not reprint orders that were submitted with spelling errors, incorrect dates, etc. If you are concerned about an order being printed with incorrect information, please order a proof.
20) Do you have a catalogue?
Our designs are showcased on our KFMO (Kedai Fridge Magnet Online) via Facebook and Website. An e-Catalogue is also available on our website.
