Very soon, our favourite team – “5Farrars” – will run at the Gold Coast Airport Marathon, Australia. Meanwhile, the MyMagnetic team in KL are preparing to launch a few magnetic items to be sold as part of our contribution from this part of the world. It is the least that we can do to support YOKUK and “5Farrars”. We hope more friends will help us raise money for YOKUK’s charity fund. Just click here.

A good 2D fridge magnet will have a clean & crisp die-cut edges. Magnetic rubber sheets are generally flat and flexible, making them very versatile. Being thin, they can be cut with scissors into any shape and size, and in combination with die-cutting processes, offer clean edges that look sharp and professional. They can be supplied with an adhesive backing and any coloured vinyl facing. They are available in sheets and rolls which are easily extruded into profiles, and most profiles can be designed to order.

If you are planning to customize or buy a new fridge magnet, be sure to get one that’s laminated, preferably a UV Nylon gloss laminate.  This protects against heavy handling, spilt liquids and chemicals, allowing it to be used for many years.  No lamination at all will eventually breakdown the magnet and even smudge the printed design.
